Why we use it and our legal basis
We use emails to reply to you and improve the guide, based on our legitimate interests. Server logs are processed for security and site reliability, also under legitimate interests. Any non-essential cookies are used only with your consent.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Server logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help run the site and email (under contracts requiring them to protect it), or where required by law.
Children
This guide is written for adults and older teenagers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us, let us know and we will delete the message.
